Manchester City have announced they'll be the majority owner of a new Major League Soccer franchise from 2015. They've agreed a partnership with baseball team New York Yankees to form the New York City Football Club. They plan to build a new stadium for the team in Flushing Meadows in Queens. The BBC's Ben Smith says it's a bold move by City.
