The design and construction of this edifice were fully conformed to the characteristic of the bank and catered to its safety needs. Decoration inside and outside of the building was meticulous and elegant. All steel products were imported from Germany. The basement has two storeys which both serves as coffers with extremely high efficiency of theftproofing, fireproofing and waterproofing.大厦完全按照银行特点和安全需要设计建造，内外装饰考究精致，所用钢材全部是德国产品。地下室有两层，均为金库，防盗，防火，防水性能极高。
