If you look back at your career and think you didn't enjoy your work, then that's been a real wasted life. It is like selling your soul every day when you go to a job you hate.
People have strengths and it's very rare that strengths fully correspond with careers. So it's not a question necessarily of jumping off into a more exciting career or taking more risks. It's just making sure things that you are good at and you love are at the top of your personality as it were at the top of your working self. There are some people who just do quite normal changes from PR to teacher, from lawyer to doctor. These are all very dramatic career changes. They have chosen to follow their dreams. However, you have a better chance of success if you are surrounded by people who believe in you and support you.
