Certainly. My name's David Creith and I'm the Customer Service Teaching Manager for British Airways in Terminal 4 at Heathrow.
What problems do you have to solve for business travelers?
A lot of problems. Probably the main one is seating requests. A lot of business travelers have specific seating requests. Some people want an aisle, some people want a window, some people want to sit next to their colleague. It's not always possible to give everyone the exact seat they want due to the aircraft being fully booked. Certain passengers may say this is going to disrupt their business trip.
