任何人都只能生活在“今天”。The other day we should not worry about is Tomorrow with its possible adversities, its burdens, its large promise and poor performance. Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control. Tomorrow's sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds - but it will rise. Until it does, we have no stake in Tomorrow, for it is yet unborn. This leaves only one day - Today. Any man can fight the battles of just one day; it is only when you or I add the burdens of those two awful eternities - Yesterday and Tomorrow that we break down. It is not the experience of Today that drives man mad - It is the remorse or bitterness for something which happened Yesterday, and the dread of what Tomorrow may bring. Let us, therefore, live but one day at a time!另一天我们不用担心的是明天，明天可能有逆境、负担，
即有着很大的希望，又有糟糕的表现。明天同样不为我们所控制。
明天的太阳会升起，不管它是光芒四射还是笼罩着云彩，它一定会升起来。
直到它出现之前，我们对于明天没有任何把握，因为它还没有发生。
只剩下一天——今天。任何人都只能生活在“今天”；
当你我背负起永远存在的“昨天”和“明天”带来的压力，我们就会被压垮。
使一个人发疯的不是今天的遭遇，而是昨天的悲伤或痛苦和对明天的恐惧。
因此，让我们过好生活中的每一天。
