Well, Philip, I see from your CV that you have some experience working in marketing.
Yes, I have. I've worked in the marketing department of a large sportswear company for the last year.
Can you tell me what you enjoy most about your current job?
Yes, well...I've learnt a lot working with the sales and marketing team. I like the variety -- you know, it's not always the same routine. And the people on the team are great -- everyone works together and helps each other. I enjoy the satisfaction -- when we meet our targets, I mean...it's very satisfying.
And what about the routine tasks, the administration and so on?
Yes, I have to do that too, but it's not a problem. I think every job has...well, a boring part. I'm quite well-organised, and actually I think it's important to do the routine things well, too.

那些也是要完成的，但都不是问题。我想每个工作都会有让人厌烦的方面的。我绝对服从组织管理，而且我认为去做一些日常的工作也是很重要的。
