　　by name，in name
        　　这一对短语的外貌颇相像，但涵义有别。by name (也可说成 by the name
of)是个中性词组，义：“名叫什么”，它放在专有名词之后，以表示你所要说明的人或物的确实名称; in
name是贬义词，表示“名义上”、“徒有虚名”之意。例：
        　　The aeronautical engineering institute has built an airplane，“Stingray”by
name.
        　　航空学院制造了一架飞机，名叫“刺 ”。
        　　There was a great poet China，Qu Yuan by name.
        　　中国有个伟大的诗人，名叫屈原。
        　　Someone by the name of Mary wants to see yon.
