In the US, two graduate students from China have been shot and killed by gunshots while in a car near the University of Southern California.
Gunfire tore through the BMW as it was on a road near the campus in the rain. Police said the shooting occurred around 1 a.m. and may have been a robbery or a carjacking attempt of the dark-colored, $60,000 BMW. Both Ying Wu and Ming Qu were studying electrical engineering. Their relatives are being informed.
