Rick Santorum surprised just about everybody, winning all three Republican presidential contests on Tuesday. Santorum's wins are in Missouri, Minnesota, and Colorado. Back in 2008, Minnesota and Colorado voted for Mitt Romney.
House Republicans have introduced their version of a bill to ban Congress members from insider trading. This version of the bill will ban lawmakers from using their positions to invest in initial public stock offerings.
Russia's foreign minister says Syrian President Bashar Assad wants his vice president to negotiate with opposition forces. The opposition wants Assad to step down.
And fishermen in Pakistan use cranes to lift this catch out of the water. The whale shark, already dead when it is found, is 39-feet long. It is reportedly auctioned off for 18,000 dollars.
