Jo: Hello, this is Real English from BBC Learning English, I’m Jo.
Jean: Hi 大家好，我是董征。欢迎收听我们的Real English《地道英语》节目。
Jo: In Real English, we look at words and phrases that you might not find in your dictionary. ….. …oh, Jean I’m bored with presenting Real English programmes…
Jean: 什么？You’re bored? 你闷了吗？主持节目这么好玩的事情你怎么会闷呢？
Jo: Well, I’ve presented so many programmes, I just feel like I’ve been there, done that, got the T-shirt.
Jean: 你这个说法很有意思，啊，我知道了，你讲的这个就是今天我们要学的短语吧？
Jo: Oh yes, I suppose it could.
Jean: 那你再给我们说一边好不好，慢一点说。
Jo: Been there,
Jean: 就是已经去过了….
Jo: Done that,
Jean: 也已经做过了….
Jo: Got the T-shirt.
Jean: 连留念T-shirt都买了。那这又怎么讲呢？
Jo: Well you use this phrase if you’re bored with something.
Jean: OK, 原来如果你想说你对某件事情早已经历过，都已经厌倦了，就可以这样说。
Jo: Or if you’re not very impressed with something.
Jean: 或者你对某件事情已经不再新鲜，都有点历尽沧海难为水的感觉了，也可以用这个说法。

Jean: 为什么英语里有这么一个表达方式呢？
Jo: The expression actually comes from talking about travelling.
Jean: Travelling? 和旅游有关吗？
Jo: Well, when you visit somewhere new you might buy a T-shirt with the name of the place on it.
Jean: OK, 就是说都去过经历过了，都买了留念的T-shirt了，已经不想再去了。就是你已经 been there, done that, got the T-shirt?
Jo: That’s right. Well that’s all for today.
