　　关于假鸡蛋的说法已经流传很久，有的人说是亲身经历，有的人说是一条假新闻。山东烟台市民前两天在小区商店里买了2斤鸡蛋，里面竟掺了若干假鸡蛋。煮熟后，蛋黄竟能从地上弹起20厘米。
        　　假鸡蛋有人称其为“人造蛋”， 或者叫“橡皮鸡蛋”。据资料介绍是由碳酸钙、石膏以及海藻酸钠、明矾、明胶、色素等化工原料经人工合成制造出来的。
