职场点津：完美英文简历需要突出的三种能力

　　写简历的时候要注意表现自己的一些能力，尤其要突出与所应聘的工作相关的一些能力以及适应能力。下面是简历中常常要突出的三种能力：
        　　1.Job-related: These are relevant to a specific job. Forexample, an
accountant's job-related skills might include financialplanning (计划编制)，
budgeting (预算) and financial reporting (财务报表)。
        　　2.Transferable (可调换的)： Skills learned in one field or job thatare
applicable to different ones are transferable. These skills canreflect how you
deal with things (assembly, machine operation)，data (research, synthesizing
information) and people (instruction,management and negotiation)。
        　　3.Adaptive (有适应能力的)： These skills are the hardest to substantiate(证实) as
they include personality traits (个性特点) and characteristicsthat determine your
work style. Adaptive skills includereliability, ability to get along with
colleagues, honesty andproductivity。
