        4.disclaim  v.  dia = not   否认,拒绝承认

        -The rebels disclaimed all responsibility for the explosion.

        6.proclaim  v.pro = forth,before,forward   宣告,公布,声明,表扬,赞扬
        -The president proclaimed a state of emergency.

        二、fract,frac,fra,fring = to break

        2.fragmentary  a.    不完整的

        5.fragile  frag = break  able/ible/ile    脆的,易碎的
        -fragile china/glass/bones
        -a fragile alliance/ceasefire/relationship
        -The economy remains extremely fragile.
        -fragile beauty
        -The woman's fragile face break into a smile.
        -Her father is now 86 and in fragile health.
        6.infringe    侵犯,违反,破坏
        -The material can be copied without infringing copyright.
        -They said that compulsory identity cards would infringe civil liberties.
        -She refused to answer questions that infringed on her private affairs.
        -infringe a rule/an oath/copyright/a patent
