　　商品检验检疫证书是检验检疫机构签发的用以证明出口货物的品质、数量、卫生等书面文件。其主要作用如下：作为履行合同的法律依据，作为议付的有效单据，出入境货物通关的重要凭证，作为索赔、仲裁和诉讼举证等的法律文件。
        　　一、填写出口商品检验检疫证书的注意事项：
        　　1.信用证品质条款的内容品质检验证书必须予以说明;
        　　2.货物的包装件数或数量是数量检验证书的重要内容，应与信用证要求相符;
        　　3.检验检疫的结果应符合合同和信用证的要求。
