Happiness Depends on Solving Problems
There is a saying that happiness is not the absence of problems, but the ability to deal with them. If we have no development, we cannot have true happiness. Therefore, our happiness does not rely on the absence of problems but our ability to deal with them.
If we want to grasp true happiness, we should improve our abilities to deal with them. Now that the problems have appeared, firstly what we should do is not to ignore them but to pay our attention to them. Secondly, we should think about them and analyze what we can do to handle them. Thirdly, put our hands to the solving of the problems.
After you have solved the problems, you will feel very happy, as solving the problems brings you a feeling of achievement. Therefore, if we are encountered with problems in our life, welcome them and solve them. In the process of solving one problem after another, you will feel happier and happier.
