　　每个员工都有责任保护公司秘密。可是怎样保护呢?不说出去当然是应该的，对于一些机密材料也要妥善处理，不再需要的时候一定要把它们粉碎掉。
        　　Jeff: Do you want me to throw those papers away for you, Joan?
        　　杰夫：你想让我帮你把这些纸张仍掉吗，琼?
        　　Joan: That would be a great help if you would. I am just so busy at the
moment.
        　　琼：如果你愿意的话那可是帮了我一个大忙。现在我太忙了。
        　　Jeff: Is there anything secret or confidential on any of the papers?
        　　杰夫：这些纸张有什么秘密或者机密的东西吗?
        　　Joan: Not really. They are just the draft copies of next year's
budgets.
        　　琼：没有。它们只是明年预算的一些草稿。
        　　Jeff: I think our company budgets are highly confidential!
        　　杰夫：我认为我们公司的预算是高度机密!
        　　Joan: You know, maybe you are right. Our competitors could learn a lot
about our future plans if they saw these.
        　　琼：你知道，也许你是对的。如果让我们的竞争对手看到，他们就会知道我们未来计划的很多东西。
        　　Jeff: So before I throw them out, I will put them through the shredder.
        　　杰夫：所以在我把他们仍掉之前，我要把它们放进碎纸机里。
        　　Joan: Great idea. As soon as I have some free time, I will come and help
you.
        　　琼：主意不错。我一闲下来就来帮你。
        　　Jeff: No need Joan. I love using the shredder.
        　　杰夫：不用，琼。我喜欢使用碎纸机。
        　　Joan: OK then Jeff. Shred away!
        　　琼：那好吧，杰夫。把它们碎掉!
