　　Second-hand goods generally refer to the used goods or cargo. Generally speaking, the price of used goods will be much lower than the new items, such as second-hand cars. People sell and buy the old things in secondary market where almost entirely new goods probably sell at half of the original price, so it is very popular among people. Many people deal with their old stuffs in the secondary market. Meanwhile many people go to the secondary market to look for something still useful. Under the influence of low-carbon concept, more and more Chinese accept to buy the second-hand goods.
