　　A:Excuse me.I lost my passbook this morning.What should I do?
　　B:I'm sorry to hear that. But you can report it lost.
　　A:What's the procedure?
　　B:Please tell me the account name and number,maturity,amount and code number if you have that information.
　　A:Let me think it over.Oh…,it's a one-year fixed deposit with 1,500 USD in it. No code number and the account name is Jim Brown. Is that all right?
　　B:That'll do.Now show me your ID card,please.
　　A:Here you are.
　　B:Please fill out the application form. Please come come to renew your passbook or get your money in seven days.
　　A:It's very kind of you.
　　B:You're welcome.
　　A:打搅一下，今天上午我丢了存折。我该怎么办呢?
　　B:真为您感到遗憾。您可以办理挂失。
　　A:如何办理呢?
