A new London skyscraper dubbed the "Walkie-Talkie" has been blamed for reflecting light which melted parts of a car parked on a nearby street.一辆汽车停在伦敦街区意外被烤糊，原因是附近一座名为“对讲机”的新建摩天大楼将光线反射至车身，以致部分车身融化。
Martin Lindsay parked his Jaguar on Eastcheap, in the City of London, on Thursday afternoon. When he returned about two hours later, he found parts of his car - including the wing mirror and badge - had melted.周四下午，车主马丁·林赛把爱车捷豹停在伦敦市东市场路。等他大约两小时回来后，发现部分车身（包括后视镜和车徽）都已融化。
Mr Lindsay said he "could not believe" the damage. The developers have apologised and paid for repairs.
