实用英语：餐馆、网吧暂未“全面禁烟”

　　近日，北京市政府第二次常务会议审议通过了《北京市公共场所禁止吸烟范围若干规定》，该规定自2008年5月1日起施行。届时，本市不包括餐馆、网吧在内的10类场所全面禁止吸烟。

是“免除，豁免”的意思，be exempted from a smoking ban则是“免受禁烟令的限制”。
