　　国家海洋局近日发布的2007年《中国海平面公报》显示，近30年中国沿海海平面上升显著，如果不采取手段，势必会对沿海城市经济和公众生产生活产生重要影响。那么，“海平面上升”怎么表达呢?
        　　In the past 30 years, the country's overall sea level has risen 90 mm with
the average offshore surface temperature going up by 0.9C, said State Oceanic
Administration (SOA) spokesman Li Haiqing.
        　　Shanghai has seen the sea level rise 115 mm, while Tianjin has seen the
level rise as much as 196 mm.
        　　据国家海洋局新闻发言人李海清介绍，近30年来，我国海温上升0.9℃，沿海海平面总体上升了90毫米。其中，天津沿岸上升最快为196毫米，上海次之为115毫米。
