实用英语：中央颁布临时“价格干预措施”

　　涨价问题，猪肉、大米、快餐、方便面、肯德基、罐装煤气……这些关系老百姓衣食住行的商品涨价一直是去年讨论最多的话题。临近春节，国务院宣布实行临时价格管制和干预措施，限制社会公共产品及人民生活必需品涨价。那么，“价格干预措施”怎么说呢?

        　　The government will introduce a range of temporary price-intervention
measures in a bid to stabilize the cost of daily necessities, a State Council
executive meeting said.
        　　Large-scale producers of such products must seek government approval before
imposing any price increases.
        　　Similarly, large-scale wholesalers and retailers that want to raise prices
will first have to notify the government.
        　　国务院常委会决议，为稳定生活必需品价格，政府将采取一系列临时价格干预政策。对达到一定规模的生活必需品生产企业，提价需申报;同样，达到一定规模的生活必需品批发、零售企业实行调价备案制度。
        　　这里，“价格干预政策”表示为“price-intervention measures”, 与控价相关一些词汇如下
        　　临时冻结物价temporarily freeze prices
