        　　A job interview is a sales call, and all good salespeople know that you
don't have a deal until you close it. An almost-deal is not a deal, in the same
way that a good interview is not a job.
一次面试就是一次推销。任何一位好的推销员都知道在真正完成前，交易都不能算是成功。几乎做成的交易不算交易。同样成功的面试不代表你就能获得工作。
        　　So toward the end of the interview, if you think things are going well,
say, "Do you have any reservations about hiring me?" Most hiring managers will
answer this question truthfully, and it'll give you a chance to assuage their
fears.
因此面试快结束时，如果你认为情况进展顺利，你可以问：“对于聘用我，你们有什么疑问吗?”大部分招聘人员会坦诚回答这个问题;这会给你一次机会来减轻他们对聘用你的疑虑。
        　　This is a hard question to ask, because you'll be faced with your
weaknesses right there in the midst of the interview. But if you don't take the
time to explain how you'll overcome those weaknesses it won't come up, and
