　　北京市新的廉租房和经济适用房管理办法28日起实施，宣武区陶然亭街道207户住房困难群众有幸成为保障性住房政策调整的第一批受益人。那么，“经济适用房”怎么说呢?

田满素告诉记者，结婚20年了，她和丈夫、儿子以及公婆一家五口一直住在公婆的一套20多平方米的房子里，已经住了20年。
        　　这里，“affordable house”就是“经济适用房”;廉租房可以说“low-rent house”。
