Nancy: This is about a group of actors in a movie or in a show.
All-star means that everyone in the cast is very famous.
Victor: All-starcast 指一部电影或演出里都是明星。
She’s going to her prom
Victor: 她要去参加舞会。Prom是指年末举行的舞会，人们都会盛装出席，而且经常会租豪华轿车。
Nancy: In
America，the prom is kind ofan end of the year dance，where people get
really dressed up and usually rent a limousine.
They’re planning to rent a U-haul when they move down south.
Nancy: A U-haul is a catchy name for you "haul"which means you move
your own things in a small truck or trailer, you don't pay a moving company.

Nancy:A throat culture is when the doctor sticks that
long cotton swab down your throat and rubs it in a glass Petri dish，to see if
you have Strep，or Strep throat.
Victor: A throat culture 是指医生给你做的咽喉细菌检查，看看喉咙处是否有病菌。
He’s always out in left field.
Nancy: We also use it to describe someone
who is not concentrating，or doesn't
focus very well on the job at hand，or someone who doesn't talk about things
related to the project.
Victor: 他经常走神。我们经常用out in left field 来形容不专心工作或说话老跑题的人。
They want to buy us out.
Victor: 他们想买我们的股份，将我们踢出局。buy out这个短语可用于商业关系。
Nancy: This is for some business
relationships，for example when two people go into business together，one
may change his mind and the other can buy him out.
