Jay:You know.I'm  really grateful  to be working amongst some of the most talented people in this industry.
Tom:I wish  I could say  the same about  the people  in my company.
Jay:What's wrong?
Tom:My boss  is one of  the nicest guys out  there.But  the problem is, when it comes to selecting employees he's
clueless.A  lot of people  in my company are slackers who procrastinate because they are very irresponsible.
Jay:Oh,  that's  terrible.I'm sorry  to hear  that.But  I'm sure there are some coworkers who are dedicated  to  their
work like yourself.
Tom:Thank you Jay, but I just hope one day the boss realizes that he's  losing money by employing  these people, and fires them.
