将话题进行到底

可能很多人同外国人交流时，总会感到词穷，然而如果总是谈论同一个话题的话会显得枯燥乏味，每当这样的时候，有技巧的转换话题是最好的补救方法。
        1 That reminds me.
        那倒提醒了我。
        A：My mother called this afternoon. I was so glad to talk with her. I really miss her very much.
        B: That reminds me. You have a package from her. They are holding it for you down at the front desk.
        A：今天下午我妈来电话了，跟她说话我真高兴，我真的太想她了。
        B：哦，对了。你妈给你寄来了包裹，前台帮你保管着。

        2 By the way, …
        顺便说一句，
        A: By the way, my teacher told me that she knew you.
        B: I’m glad she still remembers me. We worked together a few years ago. How is she doing now?
        A：顺便说一下，我的老师说认识你。
        B：我很高兴她还记得我，我们几年前是同事。她现在过得好吗?
        3 You know what?
        你知道吗?
        A: You know what? I don’t really like that guy. I think he is sneaky.
        B: How come? I think he’s a great guy. What makes you think so?
        A：你知道吗?我不是很喜欢那个家伙，我觉得他很卑鄙。
        B：为什么?我觉得他还挺不错的，你为什么会有那样的想法呢?
        4 I’m not finished.
        我还没说完
        A: OK, that’s enough. I understand.
        B: I’m not finished. You’re going to listen to me for once! I have a lot more to say.
        A：好了，够了，我明白了。
        B：我还没说完呢，你总得听我说一次吧!我还有很多话要说呢。
        5 Wait a minute.
        等等。
        A: I finally got a chance to the concert and saw Jay Chou.
        B: Wait a minute. Did you say Jay Chou? That’s awesome! I envy you. I would love to meet him in person.
        A：我终于在演唱会上看到周杰伦了。
        B：等等，你是说周杰伦吗?真棒啊，我好羡慕你，我也想看看他本人。
        6 I have an idea.
        我有个好主意。
        A: It’s such a nice day today!
        B: I have an idea! Let’s go to the park and practice our English!
        A: Sounds great!
        A：今天天气真不错!
        B：我有个主意，我们一起去公园练习英语吧。
        A：听起来不错!
