实用口语：“跨越式发展”怎么说

        　　He Guoqiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of
the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has urged governments and
people in Heilongjiang Province, an industrial and grain production base of
China, to tap its unique potentials for a "leapfrog development."
        　　中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记贺国强敦促黑龙江省政府和人民利用黑龙江独特的潜能实现“跨越式发展”。黑龙江是我国的工业和粮食生产基地。
        　　在上面的报道中，leapfrog
development就是“跨越式发展”。leapfrog一词的原义是“跳背游戏”，在这里是比喻用法。我们在形容迅猛发展时也常用develop by leaps
and bounds(突飞猛进地发展)这个表达。
        　　要实现“跨越式发展”，就需要把speed up the transformation of the economic growth
pattern(加快经济发展方式转变)， maintain a stable and relatively rapid
development(保持经济平稳较快发展) 以及 rejuvenate the old industrial
base(振兴老工业基地)这三项工作有机结合起来。
        　　有的领域适合突进式发展，而有些领域则适合progressive development(渐进式发展)，关键是要坚持Scientific Outlook
on Development(科学发展观)，实现sound and fast development(又好又快发展)。
