实用口语：“延迟退休”英文怎么说

        　　"Related government departments are only researching some proposals of
delaying retirement age but it does not mean the current regulation on
retirement age will be changed soon," the official said。
        　　有关官员表示：“相关政府部门只是在研究‘延迟退休’的建议，暂时不会调整退休年龄。”
        　　文中的delay retirement age就是“延迟退休”，也可以用retirement age rise或者raise/lift the
retirement age来表达。反过来，要是“提前退休”，也就是平时说的“内退”，就可以说成是early retirement。
        　　参加社保的人都会有自己的individual retirement account(个人退休金账户)，在退休后享受到相应的retirement
benefits(退休金)。而我国即将进入rapidly aging society(快速老龄化社会)，养老压力陡增，引发了人们的担忧。
