实用口语：“心理咨询”怎么说

        　　The Ministry of Health will offer free psychological counseling to at least
80 percent of migrant workers in 65 counties and cities as part of a pilot
project that kicks off this year, the People's Daily reported on Sunday。
        　　《人民日报》上周日报道说，卫生部将于今年开始一个试点项目，为65个县市的至少80%的农民工提供免费的心理咨询服务。
        　　在上面的报道中，psychological counseling指的是“心理咨询”，包括psychological
assistance(心理援助)和psychological
reconstruction(心理重构)等具体表现形式。Counsel在这里的意思是“咨询，辅导”。看一下例子：His job is to counsel
students on how to choose a career。(他的工作是辅导学生就业。)也可以作不及物动词用，例如：She counseled
with her husband about the problem。(她同丈夫商量了这个问题。)
        　　近年来labor disputes(劳资纠纷)、wage
arrears(工资拖欠)等问题困扰着农民工，而他们的心理问题也日益成为关注的焦点。卫生部要求为农民工set up health
database(建立健康档案)，并将在pilot areas(试点地区)发起对occupational diseases(职业病)的研究。
