　　哈利·波特系列大结局《哈利·波特与死圣》的脚步越来越近了。据悉，《哈利·波特7》开卖时间将定在7月21日，包括儿童精装本、成人精装本、特殊礼品装和有声版等四个版本。

        　　Bloomsbury, her British publisher, said it would publish a children's
hardback edition, an adult hardback, a special gift edition and an audio book on
the same day.
        　　报道中的“hardback edition”就是“精装版”。“Hardback”原意指“硬封面的(书)，adj. &
n.”，语言若在美化一点，就是指“精装”了。相应地，依次类推，“paperback”(字面意：软皮封面)就是“平装本”。
        　　此外，“精装”也可用“hardcover”来表达，如：The book will be published in
hardcover.(这本书将以精装本出版。)当然，与“hardcover”相对应的“paper-cover”则是指“平装”。
        　　值得一提的是，“儿童精装本”、“成人精装本”、“特殊礼品装”和“有声版”相应的英文表达依次为：children's hardback
edition，adult hardback edition, a special gift edition，audio book。
