        　　【新闻速递】本月23日《霍比特人3》的内地上映，导演彼得·杰克逊带着主创来京宣传。这既是彼得·杰克逊首次带着电影作品同中国影迷见面，也是他所缔造的“中土世界”和中国影迷的告别。彼得·杰克逊昨天接受北京晨报记者采访时透露，由于种种原因，他不会再改编托尔金的小说，接下来会做的新西兰的本土电影。他不排斥与中国合作拍摄电影，却很鄙夷某些好莱坞公司为了中国市场搞出特供版的做法，直斥其虚伪。“如果有一天我的片子用了中国演员，有中国元素，那一定是专门为中国写的故事。”

        　　Oscar-winning director Peter Jackson ushered in the final instalment of the
Hobbit trilogy toChinese theatres during a press conference here in the capital
on Monday.
        　　This was Jackson's final stop on his current world tour promoting The
Hobbit: The Battles of FiveArmies...And he was joined during his first China
visit by actor Richard Armitage, who plays "ThorinOakenshield" in the epic
conclusion of the Middle-Earth legend.
        　　"The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" marks the end of the massively
successful "MiddleEarth" franchise that started with the 2001 release of "The
Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of theRing."
        　　Jackson, who made all six of the films in his native New Zealand, admitted
that he's been having ahard time getting used to being called "Peter the Great"
by Chinese fans, since he learned aboutthe affectionate nickname at a media
event in Beijing on Monday.
        　　The director was joined at the event by actor Richard Armitage,
screenwriter and producer PhilippaBoyens and costume designer Richard
Taylor.
        　　Armitage, who plays Thorin in the trilogy, will now be focusing on his role
in NBC's TV drama"Hannibal."
        　　More and more Hollywood actors and directors are visiting China on
promotional tours, as thecountry has grown into the world's second biggest
movie-going market after the United States.

        　　The final "Hobbit" film in the trilogy spun from the book by J.R.R.
Tolkien, has already earned morethan $800 million US dollars globally since it
opened in December.
