        Porcelain Christmas tree in Belgium
        　　In the Belgian town of Halsselt, there is a unique Christmas tree this year. It’s a tree made of second-hand porcelain from the kitchen of 3000 citizens. Cups, plates, mugs and other kitchenware can be seen on the tree.
        　　According to the organisers, it symbolizes the traditional Christmas thought of sharing time together.
        　　But not all citizens and visitors like this new kind of Christmas tree. Many think a real Christmas tree brings a more festive atmosphere.
        　　The program was launched two months ago and it took a week to build the tree. Now the nine meter tall and six meter wide tree will be located in the middle of the city’s historical central square until January 7. Then the tree will be dismantled and remade into a mosaic display at a local parking lot.
