You know entrepreneurshiptruly is a faith-based activity, and it's what I call NP complete. And it's almost like saying go paint your "stary night". That is the creation of startup is incalculable. You have no idea what's gonna come out. And I have that theory which is we have been confusing entrepreneurship with science. It might actually be that world-class entrepreneurs are much more like artists, and in fact a special breed of artists.

As you think about artists, you have artists who perform and artists who compose. And I contend that founders are composers and what they do is they are capable of attracting world-class performers who help them bring their vision to life. We've been teaching art for hundreds probably thousands of years. Yet we still don't know what makes world-class composers.
艺术家分两类，一类从事表演，一类从事创作。企业家属于后者，他们擅长吸引一流的演奏家表演自己的作品。艺术教学已有千百年历史，仍然不知道一流的作曲家从何而来。
Is it Malcon Gladwell says if you practice ten thousands of hours you can compose? maybe. Is it Gee giving everybody the world-best tools and you can now make composers? Dose Garageband make better composers? No, I think that makes more people compose but how many more people make masterpieces with better tools.

I think tools that we developing are actually scientific tools. The irony is we are giving scientific tools to people whom I think are artists. And that makes this kind of amazing. This is a creative process, so I love the idea combining rigid in a methodology with art with science and with passion and with creativity.
