本次六级考试较6月题目有很大的改变，尤其是出题形式上来看，6月的题目是引语论述题，考察的是学生论证事物的能力；本次考察的是漫画题，即让学生先简单描述图片的内容再根据图片发表对于跟图片相关问题的看法，这样的题目考察的不仅是学生论述能力，还有描述图画的能力，而后者是很多学生备考的时候不会注意的。好在我们六级强化班课程里，老师都会给学生强调，考纲明确指出出题模式是多样的，包括提纲，情景，图片，图画等，因此所有类型的题目我们都需要学习。相比我们自己的学员看到类似的题目，肯定会从容应对。
As is vividly depicted in the picture, an employee is attending a job interview, where an employer casts doubt on his qualification by mentioning that other applicants have higher degree than him. This picture, in my opinion, reflects a prevailing trend that many employers today attach excessive importance to employees’ degree, ignoring the employees’ practical skills, personalities and characters. However, from my perspective, teamwork and perseverance are another two qualities that should be taken into consideration.
First, on condition that an employee has a good understanding of the teamwork, he or she will follow the managers’ instructions and distribution of assignments, thus increasing the efficiency of work. For example, in a research, those who are good at collecting data should cooperate with those who have a good command of data analysis. Second, confronted with difficulties, an employee is supposed to have the courage and patience to overcome them. Without perseverance, never can employees’ potential be discovered.
To conclude, not only do the job interviewers need to pay attention to employees’ degrees, but also it is of necessity to focus on young people’s teamwork and perseverance.
