财富效应 wealth effect
近日美国房价出现了三年来首次的上涨，但是专家认为这次的上涨可能是暂时的，因为持续的高失业率将会对房价的上升构成阻碍。美国经济战略研究所的研究主任认为，“财富效应”将不再拉动需求的增长。Carliner said in the future, when the recession has ended and growth begins to pick up, the recovery is likely to be restrained because the so-called "wealth effect" will no longer drive demand.
(经济战略研究所的研究主任)卡林纳说，当未来经济衰退结束，经济重新开始增长时，经济复苏会受到限制，因为所谓的“财富效应”将不再推动需求的增长。
在上面的报道中，wealth effect就是an increase in spending that accompanies an increase or perceived increase in wealth(财富增长或者感觉财富增长时带来的消费增长)，即“财富效应”。也就是说人们资产越多，越富有(或感觉越富有)，消费欲就越强。
与wealth effect相关的还有expected wealth value(预期资产价值)和expected wealth effect(预期资产效果)，二者均表示对手中的或即将到手的wealth/assets(资产)的价值和经济效应所做的预估。
