荷兰皇家飞利浦电子公司计划以23亿至25亿元收购中国家用电器制造商上海奔腾电器有限公司。报道称，收购之后，奔腾电器（上海）有限公司将成为荷兰飞利浦全资附属公司。其收购细节将待两公司完成相关程序后在一两个月内公布。Royal Philips Electronics NV plans to buy a unit of Chinese home appliance maker Shanghai Povos Enterprise Group Co for 2.3 billion yuan ($355 million) to 2.5 billion yuan, Xinhua News Agency reported, citing unidentified people familiar with the transaction.
The unit, Povos Appliance (Shanghai) Co, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Netherlands-based Philips after the deal, Xinhua said. Details of the acquisition will be announced within one to two months after both companies complete relevant procedures, it said.
