all-purpose dissolvent, by which can dissolve(溶解) all materials.” Edison asked a
question in reply : “ In that case, what container shall you hold it with?”
一个后生找到爱迪生，说：“我准备研制一种万能溶剂，它能溶解一切物质。”爱迪生反问：“那你用什么来盛它呢?”
Anxious (着急)
The wife says to the neighbor:" My husband has not returned all the night;
I do not know where he went . It really gives me a hangup(难以摆脱的烦恼，焦虑)!"
An insider(知情人) says:" Let it be. Would you know where he went, I dare to
say that you would be more anxious ."
妻子对邻居说：“丈夫一晚上都没回家，也不知道他干什么去了 ，真叫我着急!”
一个知情人说：“算了，你要知道他干什么去了，我敢说你会更着急。”
