实用英语表达：internet infringement 网络侵权

　　4月26日是第六个世界知识产权日，正如商务部部长薄熙来在不久前国新办举行的新闻发布会上所言，保护知识产权已逐渐上升为我们的基本国策，政府对网络侵权、网络盗版行为的打击力度也将逐步加大。

violations was unveiled by the State Council Wednesday to add more muscle to
existing regulations. Illegal publications and Internet piracy and infringements
are targeted.
        　　报道中的piracy是“盗版”，infringement则是“侵权”，而“网络侵权”可以表示为internet
infringement。顾名思义，“网络侵权”就是通过互联网从事侵犯他人权利的行为。不同于一般的民事侵权，网络侵权除侵犯他人隐私权外，也包括侵犯知识产权，如网络用户在复制他人作品时，必须取得著作权人的授权。
        　　Infringement来源于动词infringe(违背，侵犯)，如：infringe a contract(违反合同);infringe an
oath(违背誓言);infringe a patent(侵犯专利权)。常与infringement搭配的词组有：copyright
infringement(版权侵犯);patent infringement(专利侵权)。
