　　Media reports have revealed Shanghai Municipal Government'splans to move or
close down 153 factories to ensure “DisneyBlue” around the area of Shanghai
Disneyland resort and themepark.
        　　据媒体报道，上海市政府计划搬迁或关闭上海迪士尼乐园和迪士尼主题乐园周边153家工厂，以确保 “迪士尼蓝”。
        　　“迪士尼蓝”(Disney Blue)指的是，上海市政府决定仿效北京“阅兵蓝”(Parade
Blue)计划，关闭迪士尼公园周边的153家工厂，确保2016年上半年上海迪士尼主题公园开业后出现蓝天。
        　　这153家企业中的大多数都是高污染(high pollution risks)、高能量消耗(high
energyconsumption)、低产出(low productivity)的行业，包括机械加工、金属器皿生产(metalware
production)、印刷、塑料制品生产(plastics production)和化学工程(chemical
engineering)。相关工作将于2016年底前全部完成。

        　　经济专家称，上海政府正在利用迪士尼工程加速产业结构调整(speed up industrialrestructuring
)，促进污染企业的搬迁(promote the relocation of enterprises withpollution
problems)。关闭工厂这一决定不仅仅是为了保护迪士尼乐园，改善城市形象(improve the city's
image)，同时也是城市环境保护运动(environmental protectioncampaign)中的一部分。
