新闻的采访权

        　　The country's top administration for press and publication has stressed the protection of reporters' rights in newsgathering, following a string of suspected attacks against journalists who exposed scandals.
        　　因不断有记者在进行揭露性报道后遭到可疑攻击，中国新闻出版总署再次强调要保护记者的新闻采访权。
        　　文中的rights in newsgathering就是指“采访权”。这里的newsgathering就是指“新闻采访”，相关的行为也就是newsgathering activities。新闻出版总署表示，新闻机构对issues related to national and public interests(涉及国家利益、公共利益的事件)有right to know, interview, publish, criticize and supervise(知情权、采访权、发表权、批评权、监督权)。
        　　在看警匪片时，通缉令上常贴着一幅罪犯头像，旁边扣着一个大大的wanted。仇子明因为刊发了negative report(负面报道)而在这起事件中遭到全国网上通缉，这里的“通缉”也是用wanted来表示。公安机关为了尽快抓住逃犯常把通缉信息挂在网上，这份“网络通缉名单”就称为national online list of criminals wanted。
