Compared with men, women are usually regarded as inferior in job-hunting, which is the so-called sexism on Job-interview. Currently, a growing number of female college graduates find it difficult to get a satisfactory job as men if they are equipped with the same qualities and diplomas.
Quite obviously, it is of great significance to figure out the potential reasons for this issue. First of all, females’ traditional roles in life are the root cause. An illustration of this point would be that in history, women played the roles of raising children and taking care of household affairs. Then, social prejudice constitutes another major reason. Third, the employment policies being carried out in job-markets do not enable women to enjoy the same rights as men.
There are a variety of ways in which we can ensure the equal rights of women in careers. First, it is essential that regulations should be worked out and enforced to ban sexism in job-interview. Then, it is suggested that the public should enhance their awareness of equality of men and women. Only by doing so, can women enjoy the equal rights with men. |
