中国社会面临“未富先老”困境

rich来表示。未富先老，是一些专家在1982年人口普查资料发布后提出的新命题，旨在向全社会提出中国生育率迅速下降，人口老龄化趋势加速，必须对人口老龄化做好各种准备。
        　　目前，我国的demographic dividend(人口红利)已持续衰减，working-age
population(劳动年龄人口)可能将开始出现负增长，fertility rate(生育率下降)，mobile
population(流动人口)的管理也成为城市发展的一大问题。如何处理步入aging society(老龄化社会)的挑战，是我们面临的严峻挑战。
