　　China has the best business environment in the world, said Chinese
billionaire Jack Ma at the 4th World Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Convention on Nov.

        　　11月29日，中国亿万富豪马云在第四届世界浙江企业家大会上说，中国拥有世界上最佳的经商环境。
        　　Ma, chairman of e-commerce giant Alibaba, attributed the favorable
environment to China’s unique political stability and security. The high-speed
annual growth of over 6% is also an important factor, he added.
        　　阿里巴巴的董事长马云将这归功于中国独一无二的政治稳定和社会安全。他补充说，同时，中国经济保持着6%以上的年增长率也是一个重要因素。
        　　Ma said his rich experience and repeated reading of the 19th CPC National
