sum)，人们在品茶时享用这些小盘食品。中国茶馆有着悠久的历史，可以追溯到唐朝和宋朝。中国茶馆起源于西晋，形成于唐代，发展完成于宋元明清。茶馆的发展历程揭示了特定时期的经济、社会和文化的发展情况。改革开放以后，随着经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的提升，茶馆在中国更加兴盛。

        　　China, a teahouse is traditionally a place which offers tea to its
consumers. People gather at teahouses to chat, socialize, and enjoy tea, and
young people often meet at tea houses for dates. The Guangdong (Cantonese) style
tea house is particularly famous outside of China. These teahouses serve dim
sum, and these small plates of food are enjoyed alongside tea. Chinese teahouses
enjoy a long-standing history, dating back to the Tang and Song dynasties.
Chinese teahouses originated in the Western Jin Dynasty, took shape in the Tang
Dynasty and developed and completed in the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties.
The developing course of teahouse reveals the developing condition of economy,
society and culture in certain period. After reform and opening-up, with the
rapid development of economy and improvement of people's living standards,
teahouses flourished in China.
