Despite that some psychologists state that believing the existence of soulmates is just an unrealistic expectation, a soul mate is extremely precious and priceless to have. It may involve trust, comfort, intimacy as well as spirituality. As the American writer Richard Bach said, “A soul mate is a person who has locks that fit our keys, and keys to fit our locks. When we feel safe enough to open the locks, our truest selves step out and we can be completely and honestly who we are. ” However, a soul mate is more than a luxury due to that we may exhaust our whole life to encounter one.
