It is widely-acknowledged that Chinese cuisine culture is profound and fathomable. On occasions, we obtain happiness and satisfaction from food. As far as I am concerned, nothing rather than hotpot can represent Chinese cuisine. Despite that it is presumed to exist in more than five thousand years ago, hotpot has gained its ground in modern society. Numerous scattered hotpot restaurants in the high streets and back lanes are the strongest evidence. Image that in a dark cold windy winter night, you, with your family or your best friends, are surrounded by the hazes of steaming water of hotpot. Perhaps, that is the meaning of reunion.
