Escape means to get away from. What or who is escaping? Where does the escape happen? What will be the outcome?

范例1：
The designer was thoughtful as he looked at the people going by him. Under all the glamorous lighting and upbeat music, the club was a good place for escape. As to what was really going on at the establishment behind the scene, the designer was sure that not that people were aware nor would they care to find out. They just wanted a place to let their mind escape, to get away from their everyday routine, even for a brief moment. The designer pondered, and was lost in this thoughts as he continued his way back.
