范例1：
When I graduated from university, I was extremely excited because I, at that time, firmly believed that I can make a difference as long as I make great efforts. The bubble broke quickly as soon as I realized the existence of the grey zone and black business in the work. Fairness in the career is a fairy tale as it can never come true. Truth is that promotion is never a matter of performance in daily work but the flattery. However, it could be a blessing in disguise. Given the disappointing company culture, it is not a bad idea to change another one.
