Research on the definition of happiness and the methods to improve it has proliferated recently, thanks to the prosperity of the economy and the rise of psychology movement. Reports have not been released yet, however, it is wildly acknowledged that happiness is a mixture of physical and mental status rather than simply as an emotion. Undoubtedly, happiness is of great significance in daily routines as well as in life evaluations, which is shed light on by groups of studies. Being conscious of the magnificence, we should strive to attain happiness and live the life to the full.
